cLAUDIO SILVA
My name is Claudio. Just a normal guy, with a Personal Trainer Qualification (EQF Level 4) but that's beside the point. My goal is to help as many people as possible become a better version of themselves. Whether that's mentally, physically or emotionally. The weekly Saturday check-ins kept me motivated with a lot of motivation and advice from Claudio with a significant weight drop every week. In relation to the food, to be honesty it barely felt like a diet. I ate most of the foods reguarally I just didn’t realize how good they were for u and how much I needed to consume. Just simple snacks which didn’t take much time or effort to prep and Claudio always varied them whenever I asked which just gives that little bit of support which goes a long way.
In relation to the workout plan I had previously went to the gym throughout summer however I wasn’t 100% confident in my ability. Claudio complete changed that and was always asking me how my workouts were, what I’m benching, what my best excercise e.t.c
I would 100% recommend Claudio to anyone who wants to change they’re body.
